SnapAP Category Winner in Canadian Dealer News’ Technology Innovation Awards
SnapAP Procure to Pay is on the road this week attending the 2019 Canadian Dealer News Channel Innovation Awards Ceremony.
SnapAP is being recognized for an innovation arising from integrating SnapAP’s full procure to pay system within the Sage300 financial management software. SnapAP’s integration solves an ongoing time and labour performance issue for both the accounts payable and purchasing departments of a public services administration client in New Brunswick.
Snap Accounts Payable Corp accepted the award last evening on September 24, 2019, during the Innovation Awards Ceremony in Toronto. SnapAP’s VP Sales Sionne Roberts and company President Jean-Daniel Drapeau attended the Channel Dealer News (CDN, division of ITWorldCanada) ceremony.

SnapAP has already helped organizations in multiple industry verticals save literally millions of dollars by streamlining key Procurement and Accounts Payable department activities.
In many cases adopting SnapAP has resulted in a reduction of up to 90% in costs of managing the AP element of a company’s finance operations. Historically, the SnapAP solution was typically integrated onsite and with a “customized, hard-wired” process for connecting directly to a client’s back-end ERP system.
- In the past 12 months, SnapAP’s executives chose to innovate its approach and it was therefore migrated to a 100% cloud-based delivery model instead. Doing so allowed SnapAP to be installed and operated remotely as well as on-premises when required. SnapAP has developed a proprietary SteamHQ syncing module as well, that ensures real-time data transfer between all connected software systems
With this new 2.0 version in place, the SnapAP software is now fully pre-integrated with several accounting systems and ERPs. Including Sage 300 and with Microsoft Dynamics 365 coming very soon too.
Moving to this model has permitted SnapAP to now work more effectively with channel reseller partners to promote and deliver SnapAP software to actively-sourcing-solutions clients who are already using a compatible back-end.
Onboarding can now be completed in as little as a single day (!) and the average implementation cycle can be completed within less than 2 weeks for most client environments.
As a result, SnapAP is actively launching into new markets and is looking to partner with Sage resellers and IT solution providers in North America, for reseller’s customers requiring a “ready to use” solution.
